TEHRAN - The economy minister of Germany's Baden-Wuttemberg State said on Tuesday in Mashhad that his visit to Mashhad and Tehran follows the visit of Iran's minister of economy and finance to Germany and his visit with the German economy minister some five months ago.

Brussels, Oct 30, IRNA -- European Union Foreign Ministers have agreed to give the European Commission (EC) the mandate to begin talks with Iran on the signing of a trade and cooperation agreement between EU and the Islamic Republic.
EU sources told IRNA here Tuesday that EU Foreign Ministers discussed Iran's ties with the 15-member European bloc during their meeting in Luxembourg on Monday.
